MSIG Indonesia as a Partner of Castrol Presents Castrol Protect, Free Personal Accident Insurance Protection for Motorcyclists.

MSIG Indonesia became a partner in the personal accident insurance program "Castrol Protect," a collaboration with Castrol Indonesia, Zensung (a Fintech-InsureTech company), and Standard Chartered Indonesia in August 2024. The program was officially launched by signing a cooperation contract at Castrol Indonesia's head office in South Jakarta. Through this program, every purchase of Castrol Motor Oil will receive free personal accident insurance benefits for consumers across Indonesia.

We see this as a strategic step to expand MSIG Indonesia's reach in Asia while raising awareness about the importance of insurance among motorcyclists.”
The Castrol Protect program provides personal accident insurance coverage of up to IDR 10 million per claim for every purchase of Castrol Motor Oil products, such as Castrol POWER1 ULTIMATE, Castrol POWER1, and Castrol ACTIV. Consumers who purchase motor oil can simply activate the policy through the official Castrol Protect website by scanning the QR code available at Castrol partner workshops throughout Indonesia. The insurance policy will be active for 30 days after activation.
We support this program by providing convenience in the verification process, policy activation, and insurance claims. This partnership also reflects our dedication to providing efficient and accessible services for all consumers, ensuring that every motorcyclist gets the protection they deserve.
