Baggage Delay coverage will provide benefit as per mentioned in the Policy Schedule. If the Insured’s baggage that has been checked-in is delayed, misdirect, or temporarily misplaced by the carrier for every full 6 (six) consecutive hours of delay after the Insured arrives at the baggage pick-up point overseas airport and upon return to Indonesia, the Insurer will pay coverage to the Insured up to the maximum limit as per mentioned in the Policy Schedule during the policy period.

In case it happened, please provide us supporting documents which consists of original Claim Form, Formal Letter of Baggage Delay from the Airlines, Baggage Acceptance Receipt from the Airlines, copy of Insurance Policy, and Insured’s Identity Card (Identity Card, or Passport, or Temporary Residence Permit). Kindly be noted that the indemnification will be proceeded by reimbursement up to maximum limit of liability stated in your Policy Schedule.
